Kevin is a graduate from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, in 1986 in which he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science with a minor in Business Management, Math, and General Engineering. Kevin graduated from the US Navy Supply Corps School in Athens, GA, and spent eight years as an Officer in the United States Navy. He served aboard the USS Peterson DD-969 as the Assistant Supply Officer, Supply Division Officer, Helicopter Control Officer, and Disbursing Officer. Kevin was the Assistant to the Commanding Officer at the NOB Navy Exchange and also the Supply Department Head a Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center NOB.
Upon leaving the Navy with an Honorable Discharge, he opened his company, Telephone USA, Inc., in 1993 and became the most extensive retail sales company of pagers and cellphones in the Tidewater Area from 1994-1997. Kevin has acquired ten retail stores with over $4 million in annual sales and entered the automobile industry as General Manager of Monty's Motors, in which he supervised 34 employees. Other positions that he held were Vice President of Quality Auto Inc., used auto sales, service, and repair, President of Quality Auto Group Inc from 2004-2013, operated 2 used auto dealerships and two auto repair/body shops. Kevin is President of Parts4auto Inc., an international auto parts company, in which he currently owns and operates.
